Wow!!!! i really can't believe we have just entered into 2009. Last year really flew by didn't it. Anyway i am looking forward to this year, especially to see what new challenges await me in 2009. I have lots of things i want to try and do this year obviously including advancing my knowledge and skill in cake decorating. College re-opens on Wednesday and i am so looking forward to going back again.
One of my Christmas presents was an edible ink printer so i am wanting to experiment with that as well. I did have a little play around with it already and printed an edible icing sheet of Christmas halo ( a picture of halo that i edited to fit in with a Christmas theme). This was for my mums Christmas cake, which i will be adding photos of shortly. Anyway i just want to wish everyone a Happy new year and i hope you all have a good one.
